My experiences over the past 5+ years has been up and down. There have been good years and tough years (revenue). This past year has been the most difficult. Communication with regards to commission and bonuses have been non existent which has caused many concerns.

Engaging and coaching my team members. Then to see them attain their goals and be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are on the same page, we can share openly, we go to lunch together, team building events etc.
