Leadership has to delegate and bring in someone to speed up the process. Things take way too long to get done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Need for middle management on not relying on two people to interface with the clients to get feedback needed on projects.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not have to wait for everyone to arrive. Time is lost, curb meetings to 45 minutes and start whether the partners are there or not.
