My experience has been okay. It's not the greatest company to work for but there are worse places you could be. The leadership is lacking, along with compensation, but the benefits and people make it bearable. Great opportunity to expand your skill set, since the company runs extremely lean.

We're a collaborative group, and we each support one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay equity. Aware of individuals with similar work that get paid significantly better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Outlook being communicated is fairly negative, and management isn't doing a great job in ensuring employee morale stays high.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders of people. They tend to only care about business operations, and not connecting with those that work to support the business.
