Working level colleagues are absolute rockstars. Management is awful - basically all individual contributors with a manager / director salary. Needs an overhaul of executives who refuse to act like were in 2025.

Honestly, the best part is the quarterly attendance bonus and the end-of-year profit sharing. Both of which are good chunks of money that while not constant, it can help for building up savings or making the dollar stretch.
Working there used to be about money, benefits, and teamwork. Now its just about the bottom line-profits. People are unhealthy, and unhappy.

Two women are on my team. There are seven total on the team. We could use more!
We have 13 women and 7 men. We have Chinese, Vietnamese, Lebanese, Hungarian and have had others. We are very diverse.
We have more women than men. Our team just hire the most competent. It has nothing to do with gender.

What's the work from home policy like at Daimler Trucks North America?
Very good work from home policy. We have three that work from home full time. Others one day a week. During the pandemic 100 percent can work from home if they choose. We are all still very productive.
