At one time, DTNA was a great company for which to wotk; however, ill choices in Management have definitely legt more to be desired. They do not have a very good bonus structure and they have also changed the benefits package which makes DTNA a lot less competitive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its a behavorial based interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my job successfully. Being abke to work remote and still be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with an excellent team. There are very creative and knowledgeable individuals on my team who want to do whats often best for the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication for sure. There are some people in Managerial jobs that simply don't have the skills to be a good Manager. The bonuses are also not good for Middle Management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
DTNA really needs to look at their leadership team abd the leadership qualities they seek. I am not impressed with some people in various roles. DTNA is also bit very diverse with filling top roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the compensation is fair; however, the method of determining performance is quite antiquated as well as subjective. Performance should be a yes or no, nor opinjkns based on favoritism. As states earlier, the bonuses for Middle Management do not come close toncomparison with other F500 comp
