I absolutely love the DFA way but as far as Pet Dairy applying that way its not going to happen. Our upper management needs to go. We need some of your people in these positions. 3rd man from the top does absolutely nothing. Brags about the money he makes for no more than he does. yeah we see it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its all great, im not going to pin down one over the other. You all take good care of me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love my branch manager, he goes out of his way to help. But above that there is no vision and no leadership. We are treated awful
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say just the overall experience of customers, good challenges, and the team we have make up a good environment so w3 can have fun doing our job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Like i have previously said the team from the branch manager to my co workers we make a great team. But from there to top leadership and sales team you all need to come in a see for yourself. Walk around branches and hear concerns from employees. Its going to be constructive but good for both of us
