No support from most management. Information not always shared with necessary personnel, closed door policy with some mgmt. Seem to make the same mistakes over. HR comes over as very one sided. Vacation time is good and pay is fair for full time employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unfortunately, I am not overall impressed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less blaming other depts and provide more support to fix the same occurring problems.
