In the two years I've seen too much change in leadership. No stability or communication between drivers and management. Way too much back stabbing and drama in Henderson. I think it can be fixed with more attention to detail and if we All work together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the401K match and the elite driver program. Great benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Unfortunately our team isn't very good. Communication is lacking and they keep a lot of information hidden from us as drivers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better communication. More involvement with the drivers. Quit cutting the hours every month. Morale is very low and drivers are seriously looking for other employment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very good interview. Up front and honest about their expectations of what they expect from me. Told me it a company I could retire at and I plan on that.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More appreciation for the work we do. More involved with the drivers. We are the backbone of DFA and should be more valued. Better training on Mobile Manifest and Omni Tracs. Please hire drivers with more experience. A lot of damaged equipment and turnover.
