Job is disqusting, when they bought valley proteins out they took all the employee bonuses , company picnic, give less profit sharing. There all about the Big Wigs making money. Hourly employees are treated like garbage. The only nice thing they have done is bought a few new pieces of equipment.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Well half of them dont show up to work. Management lets a certain few get away with it all the time. But if the guys that actually work miss a day then its noticed and its time to pull you in the office but others can miss 2 days a week every week and nothing said.
