treat your employees like people. they are what runs your company, NOT YOU. and STOP violating peoples rights
A new general manager, knowing how to manage and how this plant runs
Being honest; actually caring about employees
Dividing work equally. Treating all employees in a similar manner. Remind the office staff they are not management! Stop making employees do safety training that doesn't even apply to their job description.
Stop over working us constantly
Some management is great others micro manage and make your job harder than it should be.
