Very understanding and willing to help when needed.
We try our best to make it as enjoyable as we can for our guys.
They listen to employees and act based on expert opinions.
They work hard and help
Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable!
A new general manager, knowing how to manage and how this plant runs
Being honest; actually caring about employees
Dividing work equally. Treating all employees in a similar manner. Remind the office staff they are not management! Stop making employees do safety training that doesn't even apply to their job description.
Stop over working us constantly
Without the employees, you wouldn't have a business. PROMOTE WOMEN, they know what they are doing
We have dental vision and med
The medical insurance is good. Unfortunately BCBS has cut coverage to MANY healthcare providers in our area because of their rift with Springfield clinic so it is difficult to access care!
Medical medical medical medical vision
Compensation is based on what you bring to the team which is fair.
Decent salary. No match on 401k, no stock for regular employee
New management that knows ehat they are doing.
The health insurance need some changes
Paid the same as people with the same title
Internal promotions should be fairly compensated
My direct team is an exclusive group of good old boys. My team in a more broad sense, is great.
Civil at times, and we get along.
Most are dependable and try to do their best on most days despite ridiculously LONG hours!
My co-workers work hard, we look out for each other because management won't!
We look out for each other inside and outside of work
Well half of them dont show up to work. Management lets a certain few get away with it all the time. But if the guys that actually work miss a day then its noticed and its time to pull you in the office but others can miss 2 days a week every week and nothing said.
Some just seem to be coasing along
Too many chiefs not enough Indians. One person whose up for promotion actually said I wanna be a boss, just not do the work
Lots of flexibilty in my dept and level. Focus is getting the job done, not playing games on how can work the most hours or have face time.
Friendlyco-workers who hrlp each other.
Everyone is good at their job.
People all work together for a common goal
Company is starting to put safety first and focus on employee morale
Get rid of bad management!
New management who know what they are doing.
Fairness across the board with all routes and employees. Repair equipment when it breaks down instead of waiting for it to fall apart. And himan beings should not have to work 12-14 hour days to be able to pay their bills !!!
Bonus for all, remember the little guys get stuff done, while uppers stay clean and cool.
Treat everyone fairly and give every one an opportunity to succeed
I was interviewed by the old company.
It wasnt awkward, simple process
Tour of the facility, and meeting other employees.
The face to face sit down
Review from Operations Dept
The plant manager at the time didnt frown upon me saying i didnt know. In fact he jumped up and started showing me and demonstrating on the white board. It was a nice experience that showed me he was willing to teach if they were willing to learn.
Took entirely too long (two months)
Flexibility, stability, great coworkers in big picture.
The income, benefits, and home time.
Just doing my job and going home. Work is not my life but i want to do the best i can when i am there.
Coming to work and get something done
Doing good and appreciated work.
Management's bad attitudes, this is spread by word of mouth through the community, and no one wants to work there!
Everything is not equal. There is not a way for advancement especially and totally for women
