Overall a great place to work... for retirement. Pay raise is low, loyalty is not adequately rewarded. Upper management is somewhat out of touch vs. ground operations, in terms of KPIs and remuneration package. Great people and culture, good WLB, bad in-house technologies.

Upper management is out of touch with reality on the ground. Middle management is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We're said to be placed at 50th percentile in the market. It's hard to shout about being remarkable when the company itself strives to be average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are great to work with. Despite KPIs going about the culture of being open to help each other, we still try out best to work around that to keep the good culture.
