Customer perspective, realistic, fair and ambitious
Motivated, inclusive, knowledgeable and customer focused
They do not micro manage.
Upper management is out of touch with reality on the ground. Middle management is great.
fairness, corporate mind set, give young people a chance
Review from Business Development Dept
Look more into individual contributions not internal politics
They need to go and do something else
Very difficult to change when the CEO is the cause of all the toxicity. Can they remove him and replace him with a 'people first' executive?
Improve execution, be inclusive of other cultures, measure KPIs
Complete package of salary and benefits
Full package including all benefits
variable compensation is the best part
Review from Business Development Dept
Bonus are paid and also respected as promised
The compensation is fair, the company puts an effort in evaluating employee market value
We're said to be placed at 50th percentile in the market. It's hard to shout about being remarkable when the company itself strives to be average.
Salaries are non-competitive when compared to the standard in the industry.
fair compensation for the output
Salary needs to be made competitive with those at similar firms.
Last year, DS flatlined my salary. They said that only people who got rated Better Than (only 30%) would get salary increases. Others were told if they get increase, itd be one time merit only. then this yr I got 3%, inflation 8%. So over last 3 yrs, got basically 1pct incr a year.
Trustworthy, smart, ambitious, skilled, willing to support each other
Focused, smart, engaged, empowered and motivated
My team is hardworking and self motivated.
Helpful, no politics, professional yet empathetic.
Colleagues at DS are the high point of working here. Very intelligent, professional, and very friendly. The people here are the very best part of this company.
tough with no cohesiveness due remote work. I think we work ok given the constraints. hald the team is in India anyhow.
Open for ideas, time for training and exploration, no barriers
International setting , inclusive , independence and respect
People are great to work with. Despite KPIs going about the culture of being open to help each other, we still try out best to work around that to keep the good culture.
you are free to choose it. Nothing is imposed and with a multicultural environment you can be on the most suitable for you.
Review from Business Development Dept
So far, they have allowed WFH since COVID. This gives me back over an hour/day which I happily use to keep up with my tasks. I consider the savings in gas/mileage/frustration is a substantial benefit.
Fire all leaders, 100% it will make thé company bette
The people are submissive because all what matters is how your management perceive you
They should remember the employee are human people. And pay them with equity.
The focus needs to be on execution
Have been with company for over 20 years ;-)
involving peers, looking at experience and attitude, guarding cultural fit
our company was bought many years ago, and employees were automatically transferred.
The company is sold very well to outsiders
Openness, Approachability, Pace, Feedback & Organized systems
The questions asked are biased to weed out those who aren't easily brainwashed, it aims to find people who will sell out their values to succeed rather than the most gifted applicants
Be more involved in the interviewing process
It needs to be merrit and facts based
Having an impact, flexibility to focus on what I think is most pressing. Trust that is given
The mix of responsibilities and the freedom to make a difference
My job and what I have to do every day. Travel and relationships with my peers in my work make me feel privileged.
Review from Business Development Dept
When I live the office at the end of the day.
my colleagues, the vision of the company, the impact we have
Review from Business Development Dept
The company needs to deliver on its promises
Make products that actually deliver on the promise like SolidWorks
The company need to deliver on its platform strategy
The vision - the path and the excitement the company draws and creates
More unified processes. Managers need to be progressive.
