Everyone acknowledges that they dont really believe the nonsense we're told, we look after each other and recognise each others achievements. We help each other even though its in our best interests to let each other fail so we stand out more
My direct collegues are not on the same site, however we manage to remain in touch, whereas the collegues on the same site don't

tough with no cohesiveness due remote work. I think we work ok given the constraints. hald the team is in India anyhow.
