involving peers, looking at experience and attitude, guarding cultural fit
our company was bought many years ago, and employees were automatically transferred.
The company is sold very well to outsiders

The technical interview involved creating a presentation on the fly then virtually presenting to a group of people.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The questions asked are biased to weed out those who aren't easily brainwashed, it aims to find people who will sell out their values to succeed rather than the most gifted applicants
Be more involved in the interviewing process
It needs to be merrit and facts based
