Fiscal mgt. They value the stock price above everything.

my ability to work at home. work life ballance.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

tough with no cohesiveness due remote work. I think we work ok given the constraints. hald the team is in India anyhow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

New office is positive. Open space is negative. Boss has loud online meetings from desk. Loud meetings and calls held at desks is most annoying. Otherwise, good lighting. HVAC is good. dual monitors. Small cube tho. It's just a job and a desk.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Last year, DS flatlined my salary. They said that only people who got rated Better Than (only 30%) would get salary increases. Others were told if they get increase, itd be one time merit only. then this yr I got 3%, inflation 8%. So over last 3 yrs, got basically 1pct incr a year.
