The leadership team is very transparent with our goals as a start up and what it will take to get there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to deliver a great product experience to our customers makes me the most happy. This shows that what we are doing is working and we need to continue to focus on client satisfaction.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Through the interview process, I was able to get an idea of the technical work that the role would entail. I also liked meeting with a number of the high level executives before getting my offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always willing to talk about ways we can improve our product to client. Even though our work is generally siloed, everyone is open to helping each other and exploring new ideas as a team.
