Suffered from PTSD after resigning. Worked for many companies, but never seen a place with as many toxic people as this one. Wasn't left alone even in the bathroom as a sociopathic coworker kept following me with her passive-aggressions as though her passive-aggressions at the office wasn't enough.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need psychotherapy who could help them remove the devil from their hearts.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Noticed unprofessional behaviors&attitudes during the interview. A few of them didn't even know how to handshake properly. Three of them asked questions in condescending tone&one kept asking similar questions even if I told him that I didn't have an answer to the first question.
