During COVID no employee was furloughed.
The leadership team is smart and really knows our business and industry. The CEO's vision for the company is why we are where we are today. Plus they are all down to earth and very approachable. The best executive team I've ever worked with.

I believe the executive team tries to do the right thing and would not tolerate bad behaviors if only there is a way that feedback reaches to them before it is too late.
Listen to what is really happening with your mid level managers.
Provide more opportunities fir your employees
Hire ethical mid-level managers if you can
A self-help course on emotional intelligence
Fix the toxic, hostile and abusive work environment. Do not brag about how you hold higher moral values in terms of workplace harassment if you do NOTHING but to punish the victim when it happens. Recruit mature engineers who have real work experience in a professional environment not in a jungle.
I would suggest that have a monthly or quarterly anonymous survey so the employee s have a way to Express what is really going on. Don't just have shout-outs, have some call-outs too.
1. Start with being respectful and fair. 2. Stop gaslighting. 3. Don't take on the responsibilities if you cannot make time to to get involved closely 4. Punish the abusers, not the victim
Be a manager as you are paid to do. that is all.
Learn to show respect. Do not massage someone's ego at the expense of others. Do fact check before coming to a conclusion. Be fair to all team members and do not dismiss openly. Run the team as an American company does not a third world company. When you see something, say/do something
1. Stop using fear and intimidation or dont expect loyalty. 2. Punish the bullies not the victim. 3. Wrapping oneself with religion doesn't make one an angel. They're still capable of excluding, stalking, passing daily aggressions and making false accusations by distorting facts.
