Everyone working toward the same goal

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone truly works as a team. When someone has a question, 20 people will jump in and offer to help.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need psychotherapy who could help them remove the devil from their hearts.

Stop gaslighting and self preservation

Leave barbaric behaviors behind and pick up some manners from the country which you are fortunate to live in now! Stop bringing the way you treat your women at home to the workplace!

Learn to be comfortable in your own skin.

Professionalism and emotional awareness. Overall, the co-workers are nice peopl

Being be a little humble, a bit more open-minded, honest, following a bit Western etiquette will do you great service in the long run.

Not sure if they think they need any improvement, they seem to believe that they are perfect. Survival tip: Never disagree, Never propose a new way of doing anything, Never challenge, Never work longer than the lead. when you do anything, make sure everyone knows and sees.

1. Stop assigning your tickets to your coworker as if it was your God given rights. 2. Stop being patronizing and condescending 3. Stop using double standards 4. Stop using flatter and submission as your survival skill. 5. Respect others' space - get your filthy hands off your coworker!

I am not sure how many of them there actually believe they need any improvements. From my horrible experience, I would say I would have been better off if I believed in steroptypes rather than being too liberal.
