Act like they care about the employees
During COVID no employee was furloughed.
The leadership team is smart and really knows our business and industry. The CEO's vision for the company is why we are where we are today. Plus they are all down to earth and very approachable. The best executive team I've ever worked with.

I believe the executive team tries to do the right thing and would not tolerate bad behaviors if only there is a way that feedback reaches to them before it is too late.

Paid market for what i do.
The opportunity to achieve uncapped commissions.
The benefits are great and every generous PTO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executive team is highly compensated a large separation with the working class of the organization
Compensation is not managed equitable. It's all clicks at the top with little equity distributed below the executives.
I am not sure that my compensation is going to keep pace with inflation going forward

The compensation package is not bad.

Mostly a "fit" interview rather than a "competency" interview.

The interview process was comprehensive, it gave me comfort that I was a fit.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Noticed unprofessional behaviors&attitudes during the interview. A few of them didn't even know how to handshake properly. Three of them asked questions in condescending tone&one kept asking similar questions even if I told him that I didn't have an answer to the first question.

Each and every individual. Everyone brings unquote skills, talents, and perspectives. Not a person I wouldn't want to invite to dinner.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If you enjoy drama and mastered the office politics, this is a great place for you. Otherwise, People who let you suffer on daily basis thrive, you will be PIPed. That is how they appreciate hard work and commitment. Thanks guys AND girls!
Unbearably toxic since you have to work with hypocritical "engineers" with an average age of 19 coming from primitive cultures who get used to treating others w/o power and connection like dirt.
There's nothing that is "going wrong".
It can be improved if coworkers do not change the settings of the project secretly and blame the migration for it.
