What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much to list. Poor management. Antiquated marketing and communications approach. Bad communication between departments. Marketing dept does NOTHING. There is no executive sponsorship. The company has a very old fashioned mentality when it comes to using technology such as GoToMeeting.
