It's a good job with good people.
It is easy work but not a great environment at times the morale is low
It's been pretty negative. I've reported my boss to hr and nothing has been done. Executives don't listen to us and they believe our ideas aren't helpful even through we're8the front lines taking the brunt end.
Emotionally, mentally, and physically draining. The pay is not worth it.
