Pay workers a fair wage, and respect them rather than simply using them as a way to extract money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Frontline staff are paid less than half the median income in this region, while management enjoys pay ranges in excess of $100k. I would feel better about my compensation if I wasn't dirt poor, while management vacations in Hawaii.
