What do you like best about the leadership team?
One sees them on a daily basis, this isn't a huge corporation with leadership people scattered across the globe. They're friendly to talk to and down to Earth. They care about the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great. Not everyone can be a "home run hitter" and that's ok. There are VERY few people who aren't pulling their weight. We get along well, enjoy laughing together, and put in the effort.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One has all the perks of working for a smaller company in this industry. Take care of your business and you have a lot of autonomy/freedom. Free booze. Free snacks. After work get togethers. If you have kids/appointments/whatever during the day, work around those commitments no problem.
