It's been a roller coaster so far, which can be a good or bad thing, depending on your position and outlook. It's been exciting to see so many new and experienced employees put their collective minds together to help the company achieve their targets for growth.

Having the space, freedom, and means to problem solve and implement solutions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Though my manager is a fairly recent addition, they're open to suggestions and readily recognize wins gained in the day-to-day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Got a chance to speak to a lot of the leadership team on an individual basis and in a uncommonly candid forum.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The largely company-funded health insurance. Kind of shocked that the coverage is better than I used to have AND doesn't cost me extra.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With new leadership in place in my segment of the organization, there are very clear and attainable goals. I'm glad to work with managers that exude encouragement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recognition of talent and appreciation for work done. Work in my segment can be thankless sometimes, so I'm glad to be with a company that has some genuine gratitude.
