What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You will literally help bring forth pharmaceutical products you see in TV ads. The work done at this company is revolutionary and life changing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Super simple interview process. One intial interview with recruiter and a second interview with the hiring manager. Manager tried to understand my background and truly tried to get to know me. I loved the interview, the whole process is quick and simple.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is flexible with availability and time. They have 5 day and 4 days schedules. Working 2nd shift raises pay 10% and there is also weekend pay. Managers always listen to concerns and make you feel a part of the team/process. Lots of support from supervisors too
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In total, all PTO adds up to like 5 weeks (crazy amount!). You can call off with less than 24 hours of notice. 6% 401k matching with great insurance. They even have pet insurance!!! Will pay 10k a year of tuition to put you through school. Nice bonus and yearly raise.
