More consistency as to what will be expected of employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Patients get sent devices that are not working. Poor equipment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are only paid for the number of charts we chart on even if we have to make 3 calls for a patient we are still only paid for 1 call and if we don’t contact at least 12 patients per hour our pay gets docked. If we have 2 patients that fill up an hour we are only paid for 10 minutes of that hou
