love working w/ team here, some tough adjustments to the new processes here that we did not have before, but it's certainly better to be accountable and track progress. company certainly requires output and hard work, which I love , but its not for everyone to work this hard and have to learn fast

the event industry is an enjoyable industry, and the technology industry is fast moving, always with something new to learn : fun and fast moving are a great combo

some speed bumps always expected bringing companies together, but that turned out to be the best time to expand my role - volunteering to take on more so I can learn more and do more here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Events are the times we remember in our lives, and we get to work with event organizers and participants around the world to help them power these experiences, it's remarkably enjoyable even when it's a ton of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team navigated some choppy waters, taking the company and team through the pandemic, offering us all continued health insurance throughout, it was not easy for anyone, but they also made the right call to buy other companies during the pandemic which allowed us to grow in the storm.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people are great, fun and smart, but it's more important to be a self-initiator with team in different offices around the world, and coming from differnet companies - i have noticed that people need to reach out more proactively to connect with team members and communicate to be successful here
