As a member of IBEW at PECO's main office building I've witnessed a complete decline in morale. Management makes life altering decisions with little to zero explanation and the average tenure of customer consultants has plummeted as senior members quit or retired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be more diverse now.

There's nothing that can be done. Low morale is infectious.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to have choices and autonomy....wait, that was taken. Nevermind.
