You cant run off all the senior workers in the name of inclusion. Actually use the development process instead of paying it lip service and using it as a tool to promote incompetent people.

Health care, 401k contribution and bonus
The health plan is good
The company benefit package is good
401K match opportunities have helped meet my goals.

Bigger annual merit increases it does not keep up with inflation/ cost of living
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together well most of the time

Short, usually only 30 minutes Collaborative
Easy to work with and always available to cover for each other
Driven team looking to make changes to increase efficiency. The team communicates well and respects our coworkers throughout the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to be more efficient, but due to management incompetence they don't have to be efficient. Game playing is allowed by management due to favoritism.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that l work with
The flexibility and autonomy is great
The company is passionate about providing energy to others and if there is an outage the Utility companies always rally together and strive to get customers their power back on ASAP. People care about their jobs and each other.
One thing that you learn in the Nuclear industry is patients, the satisfaction and praise that you get once the job is complete is priceless.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A change in senior corporate leadership
Leadership accountability. Management holds the craft people to a higher standard than they hold each other. Management lies without any consequence.
What did you like most about the interview process?

Very easy, felt more like a convrrsation

Very straight forward and recruiter told you how to prepagre
I had an interview over 26 years ago, it was very thorough and you were asked questions that would identify you as a person and worker.

The employees at Exelon are great!
Engaging with people, trying to help fulfill a nees
Working on challenging projects to help shape the future state of our business and department. We are looking at continuous improvement, but not changing for the sake of change.
The people I work with, the tasks that I am assigned. I can not explain it, I get a great deal of satisfaction working in the plants and helping with the Employee Giving Campaign. I am very proud to say that I work for Exelon Corporation.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on promotion of the young, and poor communications has lost hundreds of dedicated employees both young and old.
get rid of old timers
Accountability for management and the decisions they make. Too many management people for the number of workers.
Low morale in the office
