Great location and office. Some solid food and perks. Coworkers are awesome for the most part. Product needs to be revamped.

My manager is great. Supportive and honest team members.

My Salary. Decent in the perks but not great when it comes to tech competitors

I think I have a chance to do well personally. Not sure about entire company though.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership is not very personable. Product creates things in a silo. No one seems to talk to each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Poor product and leadership. Some very strong people in the engineering and sales side but company has a questionable outlook.
