Poor product and leadership. Some very strong people in the engineering and sales side but company has a questionable outlook.

Leadership is smart and effective. They know what needs to be done to make the company successful.

They share a positive energy which carry the organisation and each individual team and member over all hurdles and far beyond their perceived limits towards the targeted success and ultimately to the realization of the mission of the community.

Encourage a flat organization, very accessible and reward good ideas rather than tenure with the company.
