By letting all employees know that they're there saying good morning good afternoon or etc.

The person that interviewed me is no longer here. It was Mr. Danny. He did a great job.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I walk in, I say good morning to all the employees and everyone around me and everybody replies back that makes my day and green all our guests as well
What are some of the best things about your team?
Front and supervisor MariLu she is very respectful. And very well spoken to employees and guest.. Tphany, she needs more training with speaking to to our guest and employees as well. Valeria. When she comes to work, she needs to be more professional more awake focus on her job. Without looking tired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Store manager needs to be equal to all the employees not just a handful as if she's been doing she has cut my hours one of the cashiers left because she wanted her to stay there till 5 PM and she told her I'm taking a class she wasn't able to stay till that time. For myself, she has cut my hour
