I need HR to actually help the employees and not work for the company's benefit only. I'm complained to HR and they don't do anything. Instead I think the lady in HR doesn't like me and so that's why I get no help
One of the girls that wirks tgere, out if no where came up to ne , wanting to fight me fir no readon, about four times, told tge managers to look at the store video, always with excuses, no sound, wrie another statment, the first ine is lost, we will talk to her, nothing done, i don't deserve this
The management needs to change
More hiring , better training specialy on management
Employees are under compensated compared to the competitors. We get nothing extra for our hard work and dedication. Even if it’s something small to let us know that we are appreciated. They are more worried about lining their pockets but quickly forget about the ones that help build
