Pay is lower than most comparable types of retail. Fiesta is one of the only companies I have ever seen that does not offer an employee discount. They used to, but it just disappeared.
Store manager needs to be equal to all the employees not just a handful as if she's been doing she has cut my hours one of the cashiers left because she wanted her to stay there till 5 PM and she told her I'm taking a class she wasn't able to stay till that time. For myself, she has cut my hour

I'm undervalued because I'm doing the work of atleast 6 people all by myself with no help from the managers. I only get paid for 5 days of work and I'm being forced to work 6 days without any extra money. I need coworkers and more money

I need HR to actually help the employees and not work for the company's benefit only. I'm complained to HR and they don't do anything. Instead I think the lady in HR doesn't like me and so that's why I get no help
