Hello, my name is Emiliarys Sevilla, I started 6 months ago at store number 014 with address 14315 Bellaire Houston, TX 77083. I first started working as a cashier and in a few weeks they changed me without prior notice to the Dax department, they never gave me a raise. at 13 dollars because they to

everthing because they lack of customer service

Actually helping where needed instead of just complaining and demanding more knowing I'm by myself with the biggest department of the store

For starters the management needs to talk to each other they tell you they will handle your situation but they don't

They need to understand us. We need the job but they also need employees. They need to find better ways to say something an they need to make us feel as if we really are a team. They need to understand the situations we face daily

To oritect the workers and finf solutions to problems beetwen co workers, having video and the managers knowing about a problem beetwen co workers and no doing anything about it. Not profesional.

More profesional and be more kind with employees better benefits

There needs to be a sense of accountability responsibility and addressing current situations
