Merger has brought a lack of communication, massive amounts of bureaucratic red tape, and little or no plan for how we work with our new sibling companies. However the benefits are still very good and have improved since the merger.

Hardworking; friendly; willing to pitch in and help their teammates; good attitudes; always looking for ways to improve the work and culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Long hours, uninspiring work and always at a sprint pace. Always having to chase down my own performance, make my own growth opportunities. Any negative performance, even after it has been corrected, far outweighs all positive performance.
