Long hours, uninspiring work and always at a sprint pace. Always having to chase down my own performance, make my own growth opportunities. Any negative performance, even after it has been corrected, far outweighs all positive performance.
Lack of respect, favoritism among male leadership, lack of compensation, zero transparency, no sense of career growth.
