What did you like most about the interview process?

1-on-1 meetings with both contemporaries and senior management.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility and WFH support during the pandemic (and hopefully after)

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always approachable and make time to hear about team needs and challenges.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with a great team and helping improve (not just execute) the work we do with/for our clients.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Hardworking; friendly; willing to pitch in and help their teammates; good attitudes; always looking for ways to improve the work and culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Long hours, uninspiring work and always at a sprint pace. Always having to chase down my own performance, make my own growth opportunities. Any negative performance, even after it has been corrected, far outweighs all positive performance.
