What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with aside from my direct manager (who micromanages which is counterintuitive to our ideal relationship).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my role was not well defined coming in and I'm doing much more than originally scoped. I'm also paid less than the industry standard currently which is really not good in my opinion.
