There is a collective sense of 'forward' that I feel in all team meetings/interactions. It feels like we're positioned to accomplish some big things here, which is really exciting!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is solid at/slightly above market, with an opportunity to make above market OTE. The automatic HSA contribution monthly is a MASSIVE relief for those with prescription meds!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that there appears to be a unified front, and they are energetic about initiatives. They treat everyone with respect in the interactions I've seen and don't seem to abuse their position of power to exert influence.
