What did you like most about the interview process?
The practical challenge, a coding exercise which requires developing a full-stack application and deploying it via CI/CD tests the candidate's full knowledge.
What makes you most happy at work?
The day-to-day is full of unique challenges to solve, or possible optimizations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is highly dependent on which team you're randomly placed on; more accurately which team had someone leave recently, or which new contract spun up. But many teammates are good engineers, willing to share and learn. Some teams/people can be difficult, others are considered "Dream Teams".

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are paid hourly only, with no extended benefits (stocks, retirement, bonuses). Performance reviews do not occur on a regular basis, and it's up to the employee to engage someone, at which time the contract manager will determine if a raise is available.
