What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Lacking....beware sales executives. Management promises commissions and plays games delaying and changing commissions, claims they are revamping. Metrics are way off and expectations overly high for sales goals. Work life balance is non-existent. Managers are rude and overly pushy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Be more honest and straightforward with commissions and compensation packages.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Transparency and more direct leadership. Stop playing games with constant switches and back and fourth wavering.
