What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership does a great job of being transparent, setting clear expectations and allowing employees to achieve those goals in their own way. They really create a collaborative, supportive working environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along, doesn't bring their ego to the table, and focuses on what they're doing and how to do it well. Everyone is really friendly, welcoming, and supporting. This is much different than other tech environments I've worked in. It's refreshing and helps me do my best work.
