Everyone is very down to earth, humble, and welcoming. Its a diverse team but we all appreciate each other's backgrounds and cultures.

Everyone gets along, doesn't bring their ego to the table, and focuses on what they're doing and how to do it well. Everyone is really friendly, welcoming, and supporting. This is much different than other tech environments I've worked in. It's refreshing and helps me do my best work.
