What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ego is taken out of the equation. Everyone wants to do a great job and work together.
I am not afraid to speak up. We do get feedback from management and peers.
it is like a big family with a lot of people helping you succeed. High expectations of being independent and driven.

Everyone is very down to earth, humble, and welcoming. Its a diverse team but we all appreciate each other's backgrounds and cultures.

Huge open space is overwhelming and does not bring positive experience

It was more of a conversation about the role. I received feedback within 24 hours and accepted the role.
It was to the point and feel it highlighted my strengths.
