What is the best part about your compensation package?
The transparency, by way of pay scales by Geo, are helpful in understanding how our base compensation lines up. I think an improvement could be to show how bonuses compare by level to other firms of comparable size.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just about everyone is a driven professional who wants to see the firm succeed as well as the clients we serve. We work together as a team and the ONEDHG motto has really sunk in since its inception a few years ago.
