The team spirit mentality - you work very hard together but are rewarded very well

The culture we've created - we are friends outside the office and truly enjoy spending time with each other. There's a huge sense of trust that has been developed and makes work easier

The CEO updates have been a great addition to the month - it shows the firm is serious about being transparent and providing us real time updates on firm's goals, etc and how we are doing overall
