The bureaucracy is too much! Two faced leaders that at the end don't have your best interest at heart. The talk is good, the actions fall short. I wouldn't recommend it as a long term. New leadership is bad too. The diversity here is zero to none. There is not D&I effort. Very disappointing

Engagement, direction, leadership and motivation.

Stop being bias and give people that don't look like you an opportunity.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency and involvement with employees. Some people in leadership roles want nothing to do with front line workers. Too much ego going around and it bottlenecks processes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to find themselves. This culture makes you a chameleon and that creates trust issues amongst workers. Insecurities rise, and nobody wants to lose their job-- so they chose sides.
